	Construction
The school will be constructed with cement block in 3 phases. The first phase will house grades 1-3. The 2nd phase will be the technical school classrooms. The 3rd phase will be additional school classrooms. The land was gifted to the Church of the Nazarene as a result of their humanitarian efforts in the community. The conditions of the gift were that a school and clinic be built on the property beside the church structure. The church has been constructed and is now being used during the week as an elementary school with the city providing the teachers.
